- Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose customer problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
- Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical report and statements independently.
- Fluent in English languages (written and speaking).
- This position will supervise a team and manage overall customer care center activities of a respective region.
- To troubleshoot Television, it's devices and diagnosis process.
- To deal both in warranty and out of warranty service.
- Motherboard repair quality will be treated as an advantage.
- Report preparation in MS office and excel is required.
- Communication with Principals.
- Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form.
- To check & perform warranty/replacement procedure of retailer & corporate customers.
- Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of service items.
- Collaborate with Support team to ensure proper service of products.
- Identify the actual malfunction and make solution with discuss technical Support Team.
- Work with members of the team and other departments/teams to resolve product issues.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting boss.
