Follow & match with the below mentioned particulars to be a part of a winning team.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target new business opportunities for catering services through networking, prospecting, and client referrals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential partners.Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company pricing and policies.Collaborate with the culinary, operations, and banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution.Oversee the planning process to ensure smooth execution on event day.Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Serve as the main point of contact for catering clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up.Assist in developing catering promotions, packages, and marketing materials.Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility in the catering market.Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and brand standards.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Hospitality Management

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Experience:

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel

Additional Job Requirements:Professional certification in Sales, Event Management, or Catering (preferred).Minimum 3-5 years' experience in catering sales, banquet sales, or event management in the hospitality industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.Experience in corporate events, weddings, and large-scale functions is highly desirable.Knowledge of local and international catering trends.Professional appearance and demeanor.Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holiday.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Company Information:Hotel & Resort
