Responsibilities & Context:Job Location: Dhaka (Head office)Job Responsibilities:
  • Close monitoring and preparing reports for day-to-day transactions to create weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards, and be able to prepare all relevant financial reports and fiscal reports.
  • Experience working with external auditors.
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis.
  • Develop & implement weekly, monthly, and yearly budgeting and budgetary control systems & policies, and work closely with cross-functional.
  • Department Heads Oversee product costing, marginal costing, and standard costing
  • Conduct feasibility analysis & cost benefits analysis
  • Ensure and present monthly forecasting
  • Conduct regular variance analysis and propose corrective actions
  • Implement cost control measures, identify areas for cost reduction, and align financial strategies with organizational goals through cross-functional collaboration
  • Bank correspondence and updating of lone position
  • Regular close monitoring of banking activity and for the dissolution of any banking-related problem.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Finance
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Finance
CMA/ CA, CC/ CA, partly complete level 1 or level 2 with a Bachelor`s or Master`s Degree in Accounting & FinanceExperience:
  • 8 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • The applicants must have experience in Tax and VAT returns.
  • Those with experience in construction and/or banking companies as a finance or accounts manager will be given preference.
  • Must be proficient in using financial software such as Excel and Tally Prime. Proficiency in other software is appreciated.
  • Must have experience with work order financing; BG, PG, APG, ABG, etc., and opening L/C.
