- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of pharmaceutical raw materials/APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine raw material requirements and specifications.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with principles to secure favorable agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with principles to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
- Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical raw materials.
- Ensure that all sourced materials comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Create and maintain accurate records of all raw material transactions and documentation.
- Prepare and update necessary documentation, including certificates of analysis, quality agreements, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor market trends and anticipate potential disruptions in the supply of raw materials.
- Promoting and building awareness of existing and new products to the customers.
- Follow up LC repleted issues.
