Responsibilities & Context:Objectives of this role:Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operation of the company.Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.Job Descriptions
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate between departments for a smooth workflow.
  • Monitor resources, budgets, and timelines for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Organize training documents and facilitate logistics during daily operation and events.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness
  • Manage budgets and forecasts with accounts
  • Manage training budget
  • Assessing training needs
  • Training and supervising staff
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Delivering training programs
  • Developing organizational plans and procedures
  • Developing training programs
  • Directing storage and distribution of inventory
  • Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction
  • Enhance systems, processes, and best practices
  • Manage the employee onboarding process
  • Supervise Account, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Admin and Office staffs.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operation reports
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
Experience:
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 32 years
  • Working knowledge of management software programs, including NetSuite, QuickBooks, and CenterPoint Payroll
  • Strong IT skills, including database development
  • Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language
