Responsibilities & Context:Responsible for Indigo dyeing (Slasher & Rope) production and preparatory as the buyer's requirementsTo follow up the dyeing and pretreatment process according to the quality requirement of the buyer to meet the delivery scheduleTo prepare daily, monthly and yearly dyeing production planMonitor and manage production KPI's to achieve on time delivery targetKeep special attention on customer complain and take corrective and preventive action regarding lab dips and sampleRecheck the entire recipe before bulk dyeing productionTo develop new dyeing recipes for Slasher & Rope dyeingControl all associated operational and manufacturing costs according to the prevailing budget forecastProvide regular feedback to senior management on production performance and challengesPlanning daily production targets by optimizing manpower deployment across shifts and delivery schedulesSupervise shift in-charges, operators, and helpers to maintain discipline and productivityConduct regular training for workers on process knowledge, quality awareness, and safety practicesFoster teamwork and resolve conflicts among production staffEnforce compliance with safety norms, HR policies and company policiesEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience:

At least 8 years
