Responsibilities & Context:Job Context:A reputed 100% Export oriented RMG Group is looking for skilled Quality Manager - Woven to manage and streamline the Quality Assurance functions for producing Woven Garments.Job Responsibilities:Independently capable to handle Buyer/ Inspection/ QA Procedures or implementation.Strong Leadership skills to lead the Team.Develop the quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the products.Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.Validates quality processes by establishing Product specifications and quality attributes.Maintains and improves product quality by: Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and Technical support.Collaborating with other department of management to develop the product, SOP, and training methods.Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.Output review against the sample. Follow up first output garment measurement report.Taking necessary action or inform the authority If any discrepancies happens.Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, QA team to get the corrective actions.Report any deviation in QA system to the management.Overall production of Woven Garments follow-up, supervision & shipment.Manage quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control.Good knowledge in Woven Garments production and planning.Need to achieve day to day target production as per given plan.Assess, evaluate and seek for ways to increase operation efficiency through continuous process improvement.Reporting to the Senior management (Daily)Should have to oversee inspection activity for product throughout the production cycle.Capable to implement latest trends and vision in Quality requirements of buyers.Initiate any other task assigned by the management.Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience:
At least 10 years
Additional Job Requirements:
Age At least 35 years
Must have experience in Readymade Woven Garments Industries.Capability to work hard with proactive manner Should have ready to work under pressure.Sound knowledge in computer operation particularly MS Office.Good morale value with ethical commitment.Well behaved, convincing & positive attitude.Must be fluent in both English & Bangla.Compensation & Other Benefits:
