As a Senior Student Counselor at TCE Dhaka Office, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students in navigating the complexities of higher education admissions. It is ideal for candidates aspiring to pursue a career in counseling, particularly those with an interest in international education and an overseas degree.Key Responsibilities:Converting Inquiries into Applications and Enrollments: You will be responsible for converting inquiries from prospective students into completed applications and subsequent enrollments in our partner universities across various countries.Utilizing CRM (HubSpot): Proficiency in utilizing CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is essential for effectively managing student inquiries, applications, and follow-up communications.Social Media Advertising: Develop and implement effective social media advertising strategies to reach potential students, engage with them, and promote our consultancy services.Communication with Students: Contact students via phone, email, or text to provide guidance, answer queries, and facilitate the application process.Assessing Inquiries and Applications: Evaluate student inquiries and applications, considering academic backgrounds, financial suitability, and career aspirations.Discussing Student Options: Engage with students at the lead stage to discuss suitable academic options based on their individual circumstances and preferences.Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of student applications through proactive follow-up, ensuring timely submission and completion of required documents.Qualifications and Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software, social media advertising platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.Prior experience in student counseling, higher education admissions, or related fields is desirable.Fluency in English is a plusSkills & ExpertiseComputer skill CounsellingCompensation & Other Benefits
