Responsibilities & Context:Translating the Policy into an effective Food Safety Management & Quality Management SystemVerify that approved quality system procedures are implemented, and where necessary, complementary procedures are raised, updated, and controlledCoordinate ISO registration & certification activities and external surveillance audits. Develop and maintain all manuals, forms & other documents as per the requirements of relevant ISO standardsAssist in implementing ISO standards (ISO 22000: 2018 & ISO 9001:2015)Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 9001:2015)Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise mannerEnsure corrective and preventive actions are issued, implemented, verified and closed within set timeframes & Review ISO corrective actions / preventative actions (CAPAs)To make sure, non-conformities, all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate non-conformity log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate partyTaking minutes and producing a report for the management review meetingsPrepare the internal audit planConduct the audit activities with competence and integrityConduct audit follow-upAny task assigned by supervisorEducation Requirements:B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology / Chemistry from any reputed university.Experience:
3 to 5 years
