Responsibilities & Context:Creative Development: Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with the Brand team to deliver impactful visual concepts.Design Execution: Produce high-quality designs across multiple mediums, including print advertorials and digital advertisements.Visualization & Creativity: Deliver innovative visual solutions and aesthetic designs under tight deadlines.Technical Adaptation: Resize and adapt approved layouts while ensuring accuracy in technical details (size, resolution, color codes, etc.).Multimedia Understanding: Support event, production, and advertising initiatives with strong visual storytelling.Education Requirements:

Experience:
1 to 3 years
Additional Job Requirements:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).Academic background in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA preferred).Strong visual sense with demonstrable design skills and a creative portfolio.Solid understanding of multimedia design principles, event-based branding, and advertising.Experience Requirements1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.Prior experience in an advertising agency will be highly preferred.Key SkillsStrong eye for visual composition and aesthetics.Effective time management with the ability to deliver under pressure.Ability to balance creativity and technical precision.Compensation & Other Benefits:Festival Bonus: 2 (as per company policy).
