- Manage Overall Accounting /Financial Activities as per the compliance and company requirements.
- Strong Skills to operate any Accounting /HR and related others management software as per company needed.
- Manage Tax & VAT files as per company requirements.
- Financial Compliance & Reporting.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns accurately and on time.
- Conduct tax planning and advisory to minimize liabilities while staying compliant.
- Documentation & Record Management.
- Utilize software to organize and maintain financial account information.
- Handle account inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely payments of company financial accounts (e.g., credit cards, vendors).
- Perform internal audits on financial activities and transactions when required.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in high-stress environments
- Strong resilience and adaptability in challenging situations

- Review, verify, and process both incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Prepare vouchers, verify bills/supporting documents, and ensure approval before payments/receipts.
- Generate financial reports for management review and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain proper documentation in a safe and standard system (bill vouchers, bank statements, personnel files, agreements, letters, notices, and related correspondence).
- Control financial transactions and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely payment collection.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers, service providers, and ensuring legal compliance
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations, procurement, logistics, and resource management.
- Supervising office premises, IT assets, and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and report to management as needed.
- Maintain personnel files, contracts, and HR-related documents.
- Support recruitment, on-boarding, and HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employee legislation.
- Assist in people management, performance monitoring, and employee support.
- Regular Report to Management as per needed.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Masters
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting & Information System
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Business Administration
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Garments, Real Estate
- Age 35 to 55 years
- Only Male
- Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or Accountant.
- Must have Procurement knowledge.
- Team Operational experience must.
- Work Under pressure to maintain the timeline.
- Good Presentation and Meeting Management skills
- Good Knowledge on People Management
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management (HRM) practices.
- Basic knowledge of employee legislation and HR compliance.
- Strong skills in financial reporting, accounts management, and auditing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English & Bangla).
- Fast and accurate English & Bangla typing skills.
- Good knowledge of people management and teamwork.
