Responsibilities & Context:The Nurse is responsible for overseeing the highest quality of patient care. This role involves managing resources, and fostering a professional and supportive environment for both patients and healthcare providers.Complete nursing care must be ensured maintaining a high standard which may include - Vitals checking, IV Cannulation, IV infusion, Suctioning, Nebulization, Specimen collection, Oxygen administration, etc·Must ensure correct sample and correct labeling of sample collection for each patient.Perform nursing assessments, including physical assessments, health screenings, and medication reconciliation, to identify patient needs and concerns.Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies according to physician orders and established protocols, ensuring accurate dosing, administration routes, and patient safety.Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical principles, professional standards, and legal regulations governing nursing practice.Prioritize tasks based on patient needs and cultivate an environment conducive to learning.Monitor and ensure the prudent use of supplies to prevent waste. Guarantee that adequate supplies and equipment are always available for the unit to function smoothly.Must maintain professionalism.Must ensure that the nursing code of conduct and the policies are strictly followed by all staff members.Ensure accurate and complete assessment of all patients.Perform every task assigned with complete diligence.Education Requirements:

Diploma in Nursing in Nursing

Experience:

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Age 23 to 30 years
