Responsibilities & Context:Implement and maintain 5S practices, safety standards, and workplace compliance.Lead, train, and supervise the production team effectively.Ensure on-time delivery with 100% compliance to quality standards.Analyze production processes and take proactive improvement measures.Identify and reduce production losses to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Support technical staff and machine operators as needed.Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders to meet operational requirements.Present production performance and KPIs to management through data-driven reports.Any other task assigned by the department manager.Education Requirements:Bachelor in Industrial & Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Experience:
At most 3 years
