If you are the right candidate for the position, please apply with confidence.Assist to execute company's HR & Administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.Manpower Planning and verifying all manpower requisitions from each department.Scheduling and coordination training and orientation sessions.Attendance and absent status management.Handle Employee Resignation, Exit Interview, Clearance, Closing Activation and Final Settlement as required.Maintaining discipline in the factory and to handle grievance and conflict management professionally.Handle disciplinary matters, legal affairs & industrial relations related issues of the factory.Assist to arrange all the event management issues for the office in different occasion.To take responsibilities of factory compliance (for both social & environmental) & assist to establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of sustainable compliance in factory.Maintaining liaison with local Govt. & non Govt. offices (DC, Industrial Police, RAB, Local police station, gas office, DESA, DESCO, WASA, Fire & Civil defense Department, and Labor Office etc.).Managing housekeeping and civil works or any maintenance in the factory.Maintaining coordination with safety, fire and security teams to ensure safety and security in the factory.Organizing different training / awareness program on a regular basis.Any other assignments assigned by HOD and the management.Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Post Graduate Degree (PGD) in HRM will get preferencePublic University students will get preferenceExperience:
- 7 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years

Proven experience in factory HR & Administration, preferably in garments factory, with at least 07-12 years of relevant work experience.·Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.·Excellent communication and negotiation skills.·Leadership and team management experience.·Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications for HRIS, data analysis, and project management.·An understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.·Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.·Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the apparel industry.·Skills & Expertise:Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,Factory HR Administration,Good English communication skills (verbal and Written),HR OperationsCompensation & Other Benefits:
