Responsibilities & Context:Administrative SupportManage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Communication ManagementHandle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.Draft letters, reports, and internal memos.Travel & Event CoordinationArrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the MD.Organize events, conferences, or business meetings as needed.Confidentiality & DiscretionMaintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters.Handle personal and professional matters with tact and discretion.Information & File ManagementOrganize and maintain documents, records, and files (both digital and physical).Retrieve and present information quickly when required.Liaison RoleAct as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.Coordinate with department heads and staff on behalf of the MD.Task & Project Follow-UpMonitor progress of delegated tasks and projects.Ensure deadlines are met and report back to the MD.Time ManagementHelp the MD prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time.Remind and prepare the MD for important meetings and deadlines.Office Management Support (if applicable)Assist in maintaining office supplies, arranging logistics, or supporting admin teams.Personal Errands (if applicable)Occasionally assist with personal tasks or errands, as required.Education Requirements:
Experience:
- At least 1 years
