Responsibilities & Context:Define programme objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including schedules and resource allocation.Coordinate and oversee the execution of interrelated projects within the programme.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align programme outcomes with expectations.Act as the primary point of contact for all programme-related communications.Facilitate regular updates and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment toward common goals.Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team
members.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact programme success.Develop contingency plans and take proactive measures to resolve challenges.Establish performance indicators to measure programme success.Track progress and prepare detailed reports on programme status, risks, and outcomes.Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to financial plans.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 7 to 8 years
