Responsibilities & Context:This is a full-time on-site role as a Lab Supervisor at Stemz Healthcare in Dhaka. The Lab Supervisor will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, manage laboratory staff, ensure quality control standards are met, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, and utilize analytical skills to improve processes.Review and judge effectiveness of LAB operation, utilization of employees and supplies, and general ethical and professional atmosphere is maintained.Oversee work schedules for the lab technicians daily to ensure proper coverage.Oversee Organizing the leaves and vacations to ensure an enduring lab coverage.Direct location lab technicians to ensure proper guidance and training to lab technicians in their daily tasks and monitoring their performance on a regular basis and minimize wastage of reagents.Validating the daily quality control, coordinating lab tests' referral and checking their bills.Supervising requested lab tests making sure that all requested tests were performed.Finally validating all lab reports. Double Check the lab results when ready, until we make sure of all systems competency (Verifying the accuracy of tests).Establish new operation standards for cost containment, quality, safety, and complete on-time delivery.Any others assigned task from the management.Education Requirements:

Diploma in Medical Technology
Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience:

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 40 years
