Responsibilities & Context:Job Context:Real Link Creation Limited, a visionary company in Bangladesh, is dedicated to developing world-class real estate and hospitality projects. The company is currently working on its landmark project - Sandy Land Hotel, a luxurious 5-star under-construction hotel in Cox's Bazar, the world's longest sea beach.To lead our growth and strengthen our market presence, we are looking for an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated professional to join as Sr. Manager/Assistant General Manager - Head of Marketing & Sales.The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing team, and building strong client relationships both locally and internationally. As the head of Marketing & Sales, this role requires visionary leadership, proven industry expertise, and the ability to position our premium real estate and hospitality ventures at the forefront of the market.Responsibilities:To be responsible for leading Sales team(s) to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management.Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes.Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Bench marking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e. make comparison with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.Delivering targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client baseImplement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partnersAnalyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales inquiries, methods and results.Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations & processesRegular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project.Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Masters
MBA or Masters degree in any discipline.Experience:
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 40 to 65 years
  • Only Male
Candidates having Real Estate Hotel Share sales experience would get preferenceGood communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.Be a strong team leader and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.Good command in English both oral and written.Skills & Expertise:Real Estate Marketing,Real Estate SalesCompensation & Other Benefits:
