Responsibilities & Context:Job Context: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations, manage the sales team, and ensure outstanding customer service at our New Market branch. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in inventory management to keep stock levels accurate and ensure smooth operations.Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day showroom operationsLead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targetsMaintain excellent customer relationshipsPerform inventory management including stock tracking, ordering, and reportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & inventory reportsMaintain cleanliness and product display standards of the showroomCoordinate with the head office for smooth operationsEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Management or relevant fieldMBA will be an added advantageExperience:

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Boutique/ Fashion

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 35 years

Experience Requirements:At least 2 to 3 years in retail/showroom managementPractical experience in inventory management is mandatoryExperience in fashion, lifestyle, or electronics showroom preferredAdditional Requirements:Leadership and team management skillsGood communication and negotiation skillsComputer literacy (MS Office, POS software, Tally Prime)Skills & Expertise:Inventory Management,POS Software,Proficient in MS Office Applications,showroom management,tally primeCompensation & Other Benefits:Sales commission/incentivesFestival bonusYearly salary reviewOther benefits as per company policy
