Responsibilities & Context:UpSkill Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead - IT Sales & Marketing to join our team in an onsite leadership role.Job Location: Onsite - DhakaWork Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday are holidays)Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMJob Overview: UpSkill Bangladesh is looking for a motivated and strategic Team Lead - IT Sales & Marketing to drive business growth through high-impact client acquisition, leadership of the sales & marketing team, and the execution of effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, proven leadership in IT/software sales, and a passion for client relationship management and market expansion.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the IT Sales & Marketing team to meet performance and revenue goalsIdentify and pursue business opportunities in public/private IT projects (local & international)Track and respond to tenders via platforms like CPTU (BD) and SAM.gov (USA)Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government stakeholders, and strategic partnersPromote and sell digital solutions including Web, Mobile, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, BPO, and moreCollaborate with internal technical teams to develop proposals, quotations, and pricing strategiesMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional supportContribute to planning and executing digital marketing initiatives across platformsEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years
