Responsibilities & Context:We are a fast-growing tech company revolutionizing the car rental, ridesharing and transport industry in Bangladesh. Our product leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. As part of our mission to build impactful digital experiences, we are expanding our mobile team and looking for a Mobile Application Developer (Flutter) to join us.Responsibilities:● Lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and reliable mobile applications using Flutter.● Collaborate with backend, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless app experiences.● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.● Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to maintain quality standards.● Work with APIs, databases, and real-time data synchronization.● Optimize apps for performance, speed, and security across Android and iOS.● Contribute to app architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering
Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience:

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Logistics Startup

Additional Job Requirements:● 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.● Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart with a proven track record of building and deploying apps.● Hands-on experience with native development using Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).● Solid understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux).● Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.● Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.● Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and a product-focused mindset.● Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)● Experience with Firebase, Google Maps API, and real-time communication.● Knowledge of app performance monitoring & crash analytics tools.● Familiarity with MySQL/Redis/SQLite integrations.● Previous experience in ride-sharing, logistics, or SaaS-based applications.Skills & Expertise:API Testing,Dart,Flutter Developer,Kotlin,Mobile apps developer,native android,SwiftCompensation & Other Benefits:
