In order to achieve the goals of food security, sustainable livelihoods and women empowerment MATI has been implementing different programs since inception. MATI seeks for a staff designated "Value Chain Coordinator". MATI is an equal opportunity employer.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the entrepreneurs in safe food collection, processing supports and marketing of Safe Food products of the cooperative.Support in formulating the cooperative development strategy for program and entrepreneurship development.Build relationships with external agencies (public and private), and facilitate engagement with similar organizations.Support co-ops to successfully run the cooperative-owned enterprises.Work with the Mati's program team to develop cooperatives as business hubs with backward and forward linkages into the entire value chain.Support in developing business relationships with financial institutions, banks, and other value chain actors.Support in branding and marketing services to co-ops (selling quality products and services, promotion, distribution, bulking, and branding).May perform other job-related duties as assignedEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Minimum Bachelor`s degree in Marketing or relevant subjects.Additional Job Requirements:

Age At most 35 years

Age maximum 35 years
Motorbike driving skill with valid driving license.
Skills in Microsoft Office packages, Smart technologies, and other relevant apps.
Training on Marketing and entrepreneurship development will be preferable.
Demonstrate a high degree of honesty and integrity.
Ability and willingness to work in a flexible schedule.
Motivated to work responsibly with a little supervision.
Good communication and motivation skill with multilateral stakeholders.
Very good documentation and reporting skill.
Proven business development & marketing skill.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively and living in the work station
