Responsibilities & Context:· Strong knowledge of Boiler Chicken contract farming processes.·· Daily Ready Boiler Sales . ·· Having excellent email and WhatsApp communication skills with MS Office operations.· ·· Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude. ·· Should be very good at reporting on time · ·· Observe farm management and ensure good biosecurity on the farm. ·· Prepare weekly & monthly branch status reports. · . · · ·· Control & monitoring of all types of activity of the line officer. ·· Maintain good communication with farmers, Daily sales report & monitoring. ·· Bird stock preparation & monitoring, and daily sales planning ·· Discuss & monitor the daily Sales schedule. ·· Daily market analysis and fix sales rate, meeting with a live broiler sales agent. ·· Control and monitor all types of sales activity.· Maintain office decorum and a good work environment.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
Master of Commerce (MCom)

Experience:

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Shrimp, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy
