Responsibilities & Context:Develops, implements, and manages online marketing campaigns across channels like social media, search engines, and email to promote products, services, or brands, driving traffic, leads, and sales. Key responsibilities include creating content, analyzing data using web analytics tools like , optimizing paid advertising campaigns, performing keyword research, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on campaign success to stakeholders. They must stay updated with industry trends and collaborate with designers, writers, and developers to ensure campaigns are effective and consistent.Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning:
  • Developing strategic marketing plans, setting campaign objectives, identifying target audiences, and choosing appropriate digital channels.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Creating and publishing engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
: * Optimizing websites and content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Paid Advertising (
): * Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, adjusting budgets and creatives to improve performance.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Managing a company's social media presence, creating content, and fostering meaningful interactions with customers.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Designing and executing email campaigns and newsletters to engage existing customers and attract new ones.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, analyze campaign performance, and report on KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:
  • Working with designers, copywriters, developers, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and successful campaign execution.
  • Market Research & Trends:
  • Conducting market research to understand customer behavior and staying informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shopping mall, E-commerce
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 40 years
