To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced and driven Manager - Sales to lead and manage our sales team, optimize sales strategies, and help drive revenue growth.Position Overview:The Manager - Sales will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets revenue targets. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring a highly motivated individual with strong managerial skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of sales professionals.Key Responsibilities:Sales Team Leadership & Management:Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure continuous performance improvement.Performance Monitoring: Set clear goals and KPIs for the sales team. Track team performance and take corrective actions when necessary to achieve targets.Recruitment & Training: Hire, onboard, and train new sales staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.Mentorship & Development: Mentor junior sales team members, providing ongoing coaching and professional development to help them grow within the organization.Sales Strategy & Execution:Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company`s goals, driving both short-term and long-term revenue growth.Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Develop and oversee lead generation activities to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Track the progression of leads through the sales funnel and ensure conversion rates are optimized.Market Expansion: Identify new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company`s reach and increase sales.Negotiations & Closures: Assist the sales team with complex negotiations and ensure the successful closing of deals.Client Relationship & Business Development:Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customer interactions reflect the company`s commitment to excellent service, with a focus on building client trust and satisfaction.Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities, partnerships, and networks that align with the company`s growth objectives.Sales Reporting & Analysis:Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, analyzing key metrics and sales trends to inform business decisions.Market Insights: Keep management informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed.Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the sales team.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Related Field (Minimum requirement)Master`s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or Sales Management (Preferred)Certification in Sales Management or Digital Marketing (Optional, but advantageous)Diploma in Real Estate Sales or Real Estate Management (Optional, but beneficial)Experience:
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup
