Responsibilities & Context:Position: Controller of Examinations/ Deputy Controller of Examinations at Z. H. Sikder University of Science and Technology, ShariatpurJob Description:Co-ordinate all works for receiving, printing, distribution & preservation of Question, Co-ordinate all works of preparation and publication of course wise, batch wise and consolidated results for all the programs.Supervising the distribution of date & program wise answer scripts to the department.Checking & verifying incomplete Transcripts, Official Transcripts, Provisional & Original Certificates, Migration Certificates, Degree Equivalent Certificates, and CGPA Equivalent Certificates for all the programs.Co-ordinate all kinds of works relating to Software & IT for the Examinations Office and its development.Supervise all dispatch works.Degree Verification`s for local and internal Universities, Embassies and organizations and its correspondences.Problem shooting to the students for the all programs.Disposal of Old Answer Scripts.Support to hold the Convocation of University.Preparation of reports, office notes, budget, etc. for the Management.Arrange for purchase of materials for exam office.Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the authority from time to time.Education Requirements:
  • Masters
Candidates possessing Master or equivalent degree in the relevant field from any reputed university should have an active service of 18 years in a University or similar institution/ organization of which 6 years should be at Deputy Controller in the respective fields. Priority will be given to the candidates with higher education and research in the relevant field. Proficiency in English and computer literacy will be considered as necessary qualifications.Experience:
  • At least 18 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), University, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements:Candidates possessing Master or equivalent degree in relevant field from any reputed University should have an active service of 12 years in the University or similar institution/ organization of which 3 years should be at Senior Assistant Controller in the respective fields. Proficiency in English and computer literacy will be considered as necessary qualifications.Demonstrated advanced knowledge of computerized and manual systems for collecting, preserving and reporting University information.Strong information technology literacy skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and manage operating budgets and plans.Demonstrated ability to interact positively with Faculty Members, Administrators, Staffs, Students and Public.Candidates with 3rd class/division or CGPA below 2.75 in any public examination need not apply.Compensation & Other Benefits:Salary Range (Gross): Negotiable.Company Information:ZHSUST, a Govt approved private university with high vision having its own campus on 200 bighas land covering 2,00,000 sft floor spaces.
