Lead, Taxation & Regulatory will deal with the functional and development activities relating to Income tax, VAT & RJSC matters of assigned business units under supervision of Head of taxation and Regulatory Affairs.· Preparing and submitting tax return and completion of tax assessment;· After final assessment, adjusting the tax amount with the accounts and make payment the demanded tax liability and collecting tax clearance certificate;· Preparing & submitting withholding tax return (75A), 108,108A and monthly TDS return etc.;· Taking all Company's Income Tax payment approval & submitted to Income Tax Office;· Ensuring submission of other return and statement as required by Tax authority and collection of different certificates, registration, license etc.;· Assisting and solving all kinds of VAT related issue and problem from the VAT authority;· Updating all the forms, register, schedules and information relating to company affairs matter to RJSC;· Preparing various kinds of RJSC related costing approved and prepare file updating position of annual return etc.;· Reviewing and preparing all documents of Company's Annual Return Submission, share transfer;· Furnishing MOA & AOA & other forms for new company formation, address change, share allotment, share transfer, MOA & AOA clause change, address change, name change of any company, PD (Form XII) update;· Drafting standard operating procedure (SOP) to ensure compliance in regular operation for taxation and other regulatory laws perspective;· Identifying the noncompliance and providing guidance to SBU from taxation and regulatory compliance perspective;· Implementing effective tax planning ideas to minimize the tax liability of the Business Unit.Skills & ExpertiseAnalytical ability Company Affairs Company Law Curiosity and Innovative Thinking Excellent communication skill Income Tax and VAT MS office Taxation lawsCompensation & Other Benefits
