Responsibilities & Context:Maintain factory accounts, ledgers, and financial records.Prepare and review financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and company policies.Monitor day-to-day financial transactions.Assist in internal and external audits.Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
CA (CC) candidates will get preference.

Experience:

At least 3 years

Additional Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Must have experience working in a factory environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, Tax, and factory accounts management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
