JS Developer (Remote)

Background

XE develops software and web applications. The company is seeking a Javascript developer/softwware engineer with experience in the following languages, for a full-time remote position:

- NodeJS, Express
- React, Next.js, Vite
- Database architecture familiarity (MongoDB ideal, MySQL & PostgreSQL a bonus, experience with Neon is a plus)
- Experience with popular frameworks and typing, eg Tailwind, Shadcn, Typescript

You will be required to develop Javascript/Typescript components and full applications according to a project specification or brief.

Applicant Requirements

• Strong knowledge and understanding of React, Vite, Next.js, Node.js, and Express
• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSX, TSX, and common libraries
• Experience with popular design libraries & frameworks, eg Tailwind, Shadcn, Framer Motion/motion.dev
• Strong experience with REST APIs and GraphQL queries
• Experience porting designs from Figma to JSX / TSX
• Experience or willingness to learn working with Content Management Systems/CMS such as Sanity and Strapi

Place of work

This is a Work-From-Home position. You can be located anywhere in Bangladesh.

Qualifications

HSC required at minimum. University qualification is a bonus. English language qualification is a bonus.

Other benefits

• Starting base compensation 35-40K depending on experience, negotiable. Upto 60K BDT per month compensation.
