Responsibilities & Context:Job Summary:We are looking for the position of Medical Technologist who have experience in Biochemistry & Immunology, Hematology, Microbiology & Molecular Lab under Laboratory Medicine dept. As a medical technologist, you will be responsible for providing medical information to a variety of organizations and establishments. This information will be used to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases in a clinical setting. You will also be responsible for carrying out laboratory tests, experiments, and analytical processes in order to determine the state of a patient's health.Job Responsibilities:Conducts chemical analysis on various body fluids such as urine, blood, saliva, and bile.Prepares blood and plasma for transfusions by performing compatibility tests.Analyzes and identifies blood cells using a microscopeEnsures that laboratory equipment is clean, functional, and calibratedStocks and organizes laboratory supplies and maintains company inventory recordsCompiles thorough and professional laboratory reportsUpdates and maintains knowledge base by attending workshops, reading, and participating in professional organizationsCleans laboratory area and adheres to sanitation guidelines and proceduresProperly and safely disposes of hazardous and infectious waste and materialsRespects patient confidentiality lawsReceive, label, and analyze samples (blood, toxic, tissue, etc.)Design and execute laboratory testing according to standard procedures, make observations, and interpret findings.Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods.Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids, and compressed gases according to safety instructions.Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility.Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.Education Requirements:Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Medical Technology, Diploma in Medical Technology under State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh with 2 years experience.Compensation & Other Benefits:
