Plan campaigns according to client requirements
Collaborate with video & graphic designers to create top-performing ads
Monitor, scale, and optimize ads
Break down ads to identify winning strategies
Write engaging stories and copy for posts
Perform on-page SEO
Create engaging Facebook posts and manage campaigns on Facebook and Google
Manage website blog posts and build backlinks

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

Additional Job Requirements:

Must be an expert in Meta & Google Ads
Proven success in e-commerce and minimum $3000 spent on Meta/Google Ads platforms
Proficient in Facebook Pixel and Facebook CAPI setup
Expertise in analytical tools and decision-making skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
Leadership, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with high resilience and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
