Responsibilities & Context:Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the position of ''Officer-HR & Logistics'' from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing Education and Protection for Refugee Children (EPRC) Project'' funded by UNHCR, located at Bhasan Char, Noakhali.The working location will be at Bhasan Char, NoakhaliResponsible for maintaining all papers and documents and record all HR-& Logistics related activities of project.·Responsible to maintain all the files of each personnel on updated fashion.·Responsible to correspond to the personnel of the project with proper approval from the Executive Director.Responsible for preparing all sorts of correspondence in line with proper approval.·Preserve personal files for staff of field level and Review, check, and update documents of personal file·Responsible for preparing updated personnel list quarterly within l5 days of the quarter.·Responsible to put all personnel data on the HR Database (HRMS).·Assist annual operational plan of project jointly with the technical team.·Support in organizing training and workshops.·Prepare staff monthly payroll based on HRMS software.Prepare monthly base staff & volunteer incentive verificationMaintain and preserve records such as Attenadance &Leave register, Personal file, Receive and dispatch register, Agreement file, All kinds of legal documents such as registration certificates, FD-6, Inventory register, and Attendance and movement register.·Organize and assist interviews for staff recruitment as and when required.·Ensure keeping stock register and store up to date by maintaining BIN Card.Ensure a physical inventory and fixed assets record in each project/area office and ensure to update in quarterly basis.Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the Project Coordinator or Executive Director as and when required.Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any report able incident takes place, encourage others to do so.S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)'s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.Education Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years
