Must have experience in DIRECT SALES OPERATIONS through following steps:Client ManagementCreate new clients for revenue generation.Must have experience creating offer letter.Must have knowledge about real estate products and its profit equalization.Must have knowledge about showing product demonstration to the client.Must have knowledge about real estate market.Should know about market research for product promotion in any place or areaBe sales drivenResponsibilities & ContextJob Context: We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development sector. This candidate should have at least 5 to 10 years of proven experience in marketing Land Developer Real Estate, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.Job Responsibilities:Able to make sure about all the above matters must have to be done A-Z in Sales and Marketing division under management dynamic leadership.Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programsEnsure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential clients.Potential clients maintain & keep a good relationship with the existing clients.Responsible for achieving the assigned sales target.Per day target accept mentality.Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas and designing Products. Must be Target oriented.Must be able to develop short term and long-term sales strategies to compete in the fast-changing Market scenarios and challenges.Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate business performance in Business review meetings.Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.Product promotion at corp.
