- At least 2 years

- Age at least 24 years
- Capable of communicating and negotiating with buyer
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Do Follow up Bulk Production & Merchandising;
- Do Follow up Sampling & Updating; Creating Trims & Accessories Booking;
- Finishing Accessories Booking (Poly/Carton);
- Sample Requisition, Sample & Production Follow up;
- Coordinating with R&D,
- Design Studio & PDC;
- ERP Update and Report generate; Discussion with factory responsible based on the necessity.
