Responsibilities & Context:Job Location: Barishal (Company Office: 803 Rosarium, 1st Floor, C&B Road)Job Responsibilities:Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations.Create realistic architectural animations and walkthroughs using Lumion / D5 Render.Prepare design presentations according to client requirements.Conduct site visits for measurements and ensure proper project coordination.Collaborate closely with the design and project teams.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from any Public University or a reputed Private University with equivalent standards.
Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years (Fresher's with outstanding animation/visualization portfolios may also apply).
  • Expert-level skills in Lumion and/or D5 Render (Animation focused).
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and related architectural software.
  • Excellent creativity, presentation, and visualization skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
