We are looking to hire Client Success Account Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our existing clients, serving as Tier 1 Support. Your responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls.The primary objective of this role is to ensure client satisfaction by:Actively listening to client concerns and understanding their needs.Providing accurate and timely responses to all client queries.Escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.Following up diligently to ensure client issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.Since our clients are located across different time zones, you will be required to work on a roster-based schedule to ensure round-the-clock support coverage.This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle multiple support channels simultaneously. As a Client Success Account Manager, you will play a key role in building strong client relationships and maintaining a high level of customer trust.Education Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is essential for this role.
- 1 to 3 years
