Responsibilities & Context:ResponsibilitiesSenior Student Counsellor:Provide guidance and counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses and admission process.Assist students in understanding admission requirements and help them select suitable academic programmes based on their qualifications and interests.This is a high-performance role requiring you to generate leads, call, meet, and be in touch with potential students and other stakeholders.Meet monthly targets and achieve commission-based incentives. Responsibilities of recruitment and ensuring that a targeted number of student files are opened.Support students in preparing documents, such as application forms, SOPs, recommendation letters, and financial statements.Address student`s concerns and provide solutions to overcome challenges during the admission and visa process. Communicate with them throughout their application progress.Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order. Keep records of students` progress and follow up regularly to ensure their needs are met.Stay updated on visa regulations, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities for various countries.Maintain communication with the delegates and representatives for up-to-date information.Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct seminars and workshops to promote consultancy services.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Honors/master`s from any discipline and any UniversityExperience:

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Group of Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Job Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Knowledge of various digital marketing platforms: Including social media (Facebook, Instagram, X (twitter), LinkedIn, Google Business Suite, TikTok, etc) and email marketing.
Skill: Receptionist/ Front desk, Student Consultancy, Student Counceling, Student file processing.
