Responsibilities & Context:Achieve monthly personal and team sales target.Right attitudes for promoting Company`s product and Brand image.Ability to play role as a team leader.Maintain and update customer database.Lead, manage, and motivate a remote sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Generating new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals.Collect booking money and down payment from the new client.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.Conduct regular virtual meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.Ability to work under pressure.Any other task assigned by Management if required.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer
