Responsibilities & Context:Assist in daily merchandising operations under the supervision of senior merchandisers.Communicate with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., production, planning, and procurement).Help prepare and follow up on order sheets, sample tracking, approvals, and documentation.Coordinate sampling, development, and production timelines.Follow up on raw material sourcing, inventory status, and supplier lead times.Follow up on sample developments and production with a personal responsibility.Support price negotiations and cost analysis under guidance.Maintain and update order status reports and relevant records.Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance through coordination with quality and production teams.Learn about compliance standards, buyer requirements, and industry practices.Frequent travel to manufacturing unites for physical follow up.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Merchandising

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or any related field.
Accounting Background / Knowledge will be considered as additional value.

Experience:

At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 22 to 32 years

Strong interest in fashion/apparel merchandising.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of garment production processes, quality and supply chain.
Computer proficiency (especially AI base Photo editing, Image enhancement, Image compositing, Color Grading, MS Excel, Word, and email communication).
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Team player with a positive attitude.
