Responsibilities & Context:1. Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the branch.Identify, develop, and onboard new dealers in the Kushtia region.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.2. Dealer & Customer ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure repeat business.Resolve dealer queries, disputes, and service issues in a timely manner.Organize dealer meets, promotional campaigns, and product training sessions.3. Branch OperationsOversee daily branch activities including sales reporting, cash handling, and product dispatch.Ensure accurate stock management, timely replenishment, and damage control.Maintain compliance with company SOPs, credit policy, and collection procedures.5. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare and submit sales, collection, and market activity reports to the Head Office.Coordinate with Head Office for supply chain, product management, and credit-related activities.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 27 to 35 years
  • Only Male
Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role; Understanding of the dealer sales process;Familiarity with consumer behavior principles;Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures and basic math skills;Track record of achieving sales targets; Ability to perform in fast-paced environments;Skills & Expertise:Excellent communication skill,Good convincing ability,MarketingCompensation & Other Benefits:
