Responsibilities & Context:Find Clients & Make Sales: Search for potential customers and connect with them through calls, social media, and networking. Meet clients, show them properties, and explain the benefits to close deals. Negotiate prices and finalize agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.Promote & Market Properties: Help plan and run marketing campaigns to attract buyers. Use social media, online ads, and offline events to showcase properties. Work with designers to create eye-catching promotional content.Build Strong Client Relationships: Maintain good relationships with both new and existing customers. Assist clients throughout the buying process and offer after-sales support. Answer customer questions and guide them in making the right investment.Understand Market Trends & Report: Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities. Prepare sales reports and suggest ideas to improve sales. Use market insights to recommend strategies for business growth.Work as a Team: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth property transactions. Take part in company events, property fairs, and promotional activities. Support team members in achieving sales targets together.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 1 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 40 years
Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales & Marketing (Land & Commercial Property)Strong ability in Client Relationship Management & Customer HandlingExcellent Communication & Negotiation Skills (Bangla & English)Capable of achieving Sales Targets and performing well under pressure
