Responsibilities & Context:Product Management Part:Fixation of yearly target and monthly target as per management requirement.Find the green-field across the country and product placement accordingly.Assist to prepare the new products presentation and Processioning.Planning of New products/models' promotion into the market.According to the market demand - new order planning (NOP), forecasting and availability of products into our warehouse and distribution plan across the country.Proper monitoring of the inventory & sales and report thereon on weekly and monthly basis to the management.Effective communication with OEM for product sourcing, best pricing.Monthly market visit plan & PJP (Projected Journey Plan) distribution among the team.Should be Good Knowledge to handle OEM Portal / configurations tools (CISCO/Huawei/Juniper).Pre-Sales Part:Assist to prepare the BOQ and BOM for new project / Opportunity.Effective communication with OEM for Technical solutions and Support.Should be capable to configuration the product Firewall/Router/Switch/Access Point and others devise.Should be capable to Site visit and prepare Drawing by CAD/ Visio.Assist to prepare the new products presentation and Processioning.Assist to prepare the new products training and Demonstrations.Execution of Channel/Corporate market visit plan according to supervisor plan.Assist to Channel/Corporate sales team to find the new customer/market development according to the supervisor plan and directions.Assist to Product yearly target and monthly target as per management requirement.Should be Good Knowledge to handle OEM Portal / configurations tools (CISCO/Huawei/Juniper).Time to time reporting on requirement basis.Education Requirements:Bachelor in CSE/EEE from any reputed university.MBA will add advantage.Experience:
  • 4 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
Certificate in CCNA & CCNP-ENT/JNCIA & JNCIP-ENT/HICA & HCIP-R&S add advantage.Skills & Expertise:Decision making capabilities,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,Proficient in MS Office Applications,Strong analytical and problem solving ability,Teamwork ,Time Management and PrioritizationCompensation & Other Benefits:
