- Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various strategies and market research.
- Responding to client queries, building relationships with existing and potential customers, and managing the sales pipeline.
- Arranging and conducting site visits and providing detailed presentations on properties or development projects.
- Handling contract negotiations, preparing client payment schedules, and closing sales to achieve targets.
- Conducting market surveys and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Preparing and submitting daily and monthly activity reports to management.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following up on after-sales service.
- Planning and participating in exhibitions and trade shows to promote projects and expand reach.

- Bachelor/Honors
- A relevant Degree, such as a BBA, MBA, or Master's in Marketing, is often required.
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Proven work experience in a sales department, with specific experience in real estate or similar development sectors, is essential.
- A positive attitude, strong selling and marketing skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a detailed-oriented approach are crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a common requirement for administrative and reporting tasks.
