Responsibilities & ContextManage accounts receivable and payable function efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments and collections.Conduct thorough credit assessments of new and existing customers to determine creditworthiness and establish credit limits.Monitor overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies to recover outstanding debts on time.Negotiate payment terms and repayment plans with customers to facilitate debt recovery while maintaining positive relationships.Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including debtors' accounts, payments and correspondence.Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, customer service and finance to resolve customer disputes and address payment issues promptly.Analyze financial data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for improving credit management processes.Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to credit management and debt collection.Must have clear knowledge of Mushak-6.3.Skills & ExpertiseAccounting and Finance Advanced MS Excel and MS word skills Credit Control And Recovery Credit Management Debtors Management mushok payroll management Tally Software Vendor paymentCompensation & Other Benefits
