Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Provide effective customer support and query resolution.
  • Manage dashboards and prepare/report Management Information Services (MIS).
  • Deliver quality service for USA-based back-office operations.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, Call Center
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
  • Strong computer literacy; ability to work with call center software and reporting tools.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
