Responsibilities & Context:Mainly look after & follow up of import independently.Familiar with Import work in BEPZA Factory.Experience to preparing all import documents on time.Responsible to manage all (e.g. issuance of IP/ LC open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, goods release etc.)Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.Liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and others organization related to import documentation.Preparing L/C Closing statement & report to management.Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.Must be experienced in Import and Banking with on time closure BOE.Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Import.Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs.Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Graduate in any discipline from any recognized universityExperience:
3 to 5 years
