Responsibilities & Context:Design layout of equipment and work space to get maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.Conducting Method study and educate to follow the best method to operatorsConducting capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style startsMaintaining individual operator performance and motivating operators` performing below the standardTrain workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skilled workforce and initiate skill test for available operators.Developing multi-skill operators based on their individual interest and maintaining skill matrix record.List out low efficiency operator and monitor to improve their efficiencyCheck, record & necessary steps to reduce or eliminate nonproductive time (NPT).Input, output & hourly production monitoring & ensuring proper data-keepingSet-up & maintain 5S activities on the production floor.Prepare daily man to machine ratio report.Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.Setup every day`s standard input ratio & create sensitivity to worker about new method systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.Cause study against low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify standard operational break down to production people.Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skilled workforce and initiate skill test for ongoing operators.Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, sewing alter-repair report, finishing alter-return report, needle broken report.To make daily production report with all required data & enlighten senior production people about updated production plan.Maintain an excellent co-ordination with production planning team; and generate substitute quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on time shipment.Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards. Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.Make a bulletin against every style.Perform any task given by the Management.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience:

3 to 4 years
