- Monitor and track departmental and individual KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify underperformance patterns and analyze root causes (skill gaps, process bottlenecks, resource issues, etc.).
- Work closely with department heads to address performance gaps.
- Develop targeted performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
- Follow up on action plans to ensure sustainable improvement.
- Document all follow-up actions and report progress to management.
- Collaborate with managers to define minimum performance requirements for each role.
- Create clear KPI frameworks for each position based on business priorities.
- Regularly review and update KPIs to align with company goals and market changes.
- Organize and facilitate performance review meetings.
- Provide guidance to managers on delivering constructive feedback.
- Ensure the process is transparent, fair, and linked to incentives, promotions, or corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present actionable insights to senior management.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- 2 to 4 years
