Responsibilities & Context:Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Handle daily transactions, including voucher preparation, cash book, bank book, and ledger maintenance.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Coordinate with auditors for smooth audit processes and maintain records for audit facilitation.Update accounting software (e.g. Tally, or similar) and reconcile statements with transactions.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients, regarding financial matters.Perform any additional tasks assigned by the authority.Education Requirements:

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

MBA or Post-Graduation in Accounting/Finance is preferredExperience:

2 to 4 years

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 28 to 32 years

2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance rolesExperience in the following areas would be considered as an extra preference:Medical College Hospital, Private Hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.Strong knowledge of Bangladesh VAT and tax regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication skills in English and Bangla (both written and verbal).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation & Other Benefits:As per company rules.Company Information:Zainul Haque Sikder Women`s Medical College & Hospital (Pvt.)
