Responsibilities & Context:MAHSA University- MURC , the official representative of MAHSA University, is dedicated to promoting academic excellence and student success. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Manager - Education Consultant to join our team.Position OverviewThis is a dual-role position designed for individuals who possess both strong accounting skills and a passion for student engagement. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations while actively contributing to education consultancy services and CRM strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesEducation Consultancy & CRM

Provide expert advice to prospective students and their parents regarding admission requirements, academic programs, and career pathways.
Lead and implement CRM strategies to enhance student recruitment, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders to promote MAHSA University's programs.

Accounting Management

Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)

Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

Additional Job Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in student consultant and accounting, preferably within an educational institution.Hands-on experience in managing or implementing CRM systems.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and CRM tools.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Company Information:Malaysian University Branch in Bangladesh
